Logistics Planning
Our logistics planning for New York City new build projects consists of staging all deliveries as required utilizing our own facilities throughout the tri-state area.
We maintain a full line electrical distribution warehouse, JT Roselle Lighting and Supply, located in Mount Kisco, NY, and storage facilities in Modena, NY and Newark, NJ.
We staff all major projects with in-house staff to assist with inventory and check-in of material at the jobsite and storage facilities. This extra focus streamlines the delivery process and ensures all deliveries are accurate and checked accordingly.
Specification Support
Our team of Lighting, Controls and POE specialists can provide design assistance from product selection to installation and commissioning. We deliver solutions that meet budgets and construction schedules, while creating enhanced experiences for the end-users.
